• This is not an emergency or a motor vehicle accident

• This incident occurred within Council Bluffs city limits

• There are no known suspects and no visible evidence (visible fingerprints, debris, etc)

• This incident is not in progress

• This is a non-violent crime (no force, injuries, threats, or weapons were involved)

At this time, you may only use the online report form for:

• Lost Property

• Damaged Property (No motor vehicle accidents)

• Stolen Property

• Harassing Phone Calls
